Ever since I watched the first of the Lord of the Ring movies I knew that I had to visit those picturesque landscapes one day. So when we started to "plan" our trip in the early months of the last year, New Zealand was definitely on my "to-do-list"
Our plan was to travel around for 6 weeks on the north and south island.
But after a few days in Auckland we decided that we want to enjoy our trip,
rather than rush thru the country (like we did in Vietnam),
so we spent almost 3 months in this beautiful country!
We bought a Camper-van with mattress in the back
and started our last road-trip on our "world-tour".
Most of the first 2 months we spent travelling together with Jonathan, Rahel and Shawnell.
